Michelle and Peter | Woodwinds

Peter proposed to Michelle on a cold winter’s day after she triumphantly crossed the finish line of the Savin Rock Half Marathon. She, exhausted and in shock, gathered up the energy and nodded her head yes. A little over a year later, they tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at WoodWinds in Branford, CT. The day was perfect, the little details were lovely and we had an amazing time with this fun-loving couple! Congratulations, Michelle and Peter!!

Jessica and Marcus | Popponessett Inn – Cape Cod

Jessica and Marcus were married in the lovely coastal town of Mashpee in southern Cape Cod Massachusetts. It was the perfect beach wedding which is no surprise because the bride is a wedding planner by trade! Jessica’s infectious laughter and enthusiasm for life really set the tone for the day and emanated through every one the couple’s friends and family. You can tell by the look in their eyes that Jessica and Marcus are deeply and truly in love and we were honored to be a part of their special day. The couple were engaged over some delicious NoRA cupcakes, so it makes sense that the Middletown, CT company catered the deserts at their wedding! Yum! Congratulations, Jessica and Marcus! Here’s to many years (and many cupcakes) together!

Melinda and Charles | Saint Clements Castle – Port Hampton Marina Club

Melinda and Charles are such a fun couple and we had so much fun getting to know their friends and family! As we’ve said in the past, we love working at Saint Clements Castle but this was our first time shooting at their new venue on site, The Port-Hampton Marina Club. This location photographs really well, has some great lighting inside and out and with it’s close proximity to the Connecticut River, those iconic CT waterfront photos are only a few paces away. Congratulations Melinda and Chuck, here’s to many years of happily married bliss! Look at those beautiful bouquets – Melinda designed and put them together herself!
