Bloody Marys anyone? Kiva had a blast shooting with Jillian and Mike at Max’s Oyster Bar in West Hartford. This restaurant is a very important place for this couple so it’s definitely the perfect location for their engagement session!
We had a great time exploring New England’s iconic Martha’s Vineyard with Jennifer and Dan for their Lifestyle Shoot last month! Soaking up the last warm days of the year, we found a lot of beautiful spots that show off the lovely fall colors and got one last shoot in on the beach before the winter snows fall. These two are such a great couple!
Now here’s a shoot that both the future bride AND future groom will love. Who wouldn’t want a handsome fire fighter to sweep them off their feet? We had the honor of shooting Katelynn and Ryan’s engagement shoot at the Sandy Hook Fire Department last week! Ryan is a firefighter and he and his future wife were excited to take some shots all geared up at his second home. We even got to bring out the fire truck for some cool, reflective shots! After a hard day at the department, we got to relax with a little wine and some outdoor serenity at a woodsy, private club down the road. We are definitely excited about these shots and had a fantastic day with this amazing couple who are so very in love. We can’t wait to continue to work with these two (and Katelynn’s cousin, Lauren) many times within the next year leading up to their weddings! Take a look!
Block Island, RI is a great place for an engagement shoot.. Especially when a great story from the couple comes along with it. Kelsey and Rick decided to have their engagement shoot in Block Island because this is where Rick proposed to Kelsey on horse back! So we were able to wrangle up some horses for the shoot! This really worked out so well and what an amazing time going horse back riding on the beach!
